good morning sunshine....

Went to a fundraiser crop on friday with jeniece...it was funny we both pulled out the same paper, and the same pink letters to work with when we got there.....I think we could be scrapping to much together!!! never!!! so here is the page I got done on friday......of sommer and her shoes!! and used more pink paislee paper....and some of the packaging that came with her shoes...and I don't know what's up with the mini book kick!! but I heard this new song "no air" by jordin sparks and chris brown...and just couldn't get it out of my head...so I did a mini book of the lyrics, I used a peice of acrylic for the cover, and then the pages are made from these cute lil' pieces of chipboard that I got from erin..so the "no" is on the pic..but the "air" is stamped on the acrylic cover..
and I broke out the typewriter for the lyrics
and then used some jenni bowlin rubon alphas
to make one word pop out from each page...
I really love the song...think it's beautiful...and it should be playing right now....it's #1 on my playlist!!

Very cute! I love that song too. In fact, I'll usually have your blog open in a tab in the background because we have pretty much the same music taste. Yes, I could open media player and make a playlist and yaddayadda but why when you've got it all done for me already? lol...

Everything about this book ROCKS. The typography, the way you put the lyrics on the page, the acrylic cover and the photo underneath. I imagine I will be seeing this in a magazine someday down the road!
