Awww Staci, I know it's frustrating, but you're right when you say you're gonna still keep up with cuz you have so much at stake. Remember you did lose 19lbs. so that's quite a bit. WTG on ordering just the diet coke!

Okay, girl, don't psych yourself out!! Think of it this way: in only 2 weeks, you lost 19 pounds!! If you had only weighed yourself this Monday, that's what you would've seen. NINETEEN pounds...GONE!!! That's amazing and I'm SO proud of you!
You're right, you have too much at stake to give up, and you're doing such a great job! Stay strong, hon, you can DO this!

Be careful trying to only "live by the scale"...Your body dropped 20 lbs then went "hey, she's not eating...OMG...stop all weight loss!!!!" In a week or so, your body will get used to the new food intake and say, "oh, this in normal...carry on." and you'll start to lose again...honest. If you really cannot stand not to lose something, then you have to step up the old exercise (gasp!). But even then, your body will keep adjusting...

Keep following the plan. Hey, we could have a contest if that would help...I know how you love to enter challenges...

Don't lose the faity Stacey-- you can do it! Just keep in mind the end result, and nothing is worth putting short term satisfaction in your mouth if it keeps you from your long term goal. Hugs! :D
