when they found ed....the police didn't let me go...to him...I knew that my brother had found him.......and I had been curious to see the actual spot...so I called him yesterday after visiting the cemetary...and asked him if he would take me there....I know it was hard for him.....it's been a tough for him, wishing he had found him sooner......and the what ifs....but he took me...you can see ed's deer blind on the left side of the pic....and it was the most beautiful area I had ever seen....

the view was amazing, the fall colors....the deer tracks....and the berry bush..he said he was next to....I found some inner peace, finally seeing it...and not looking at it as an awful spot.......

after that my mom came out....and brought me these beautiful roses....she's such a sweetheart...

got the family coming over to celebrate moms birthday a few days early....gonna just pick up some $5.oo pizzas...and some cake....( but not for me...boohoo)

Good for you at finally being able to find some peace. It sure looks like a beautiful area. What a sweet mom you've got. Love those roses and such a beautiful color.

i remember demanding to go see my brother's crashed up truck. i wish i never went....his accident scene was only a mile from our house so we had to drive by it everyday. i am glad you found some peace with it all. healing takes time. it's such a beautiful place
