week 3 of optifast

me and sommer went for a walk at our local marsh....it was so beautiful!! and oh my gosh I was so sore...but I guess that's good....

Aren't walks in nature awesome! I love doing it, but sure do not do it enough. Thinking about taking a road trip to Scrappy Chic tomorrow, hope to see you there.

i wish i could come there and walk with you. i thought of you during my half marathon today. i am glad you are getting outside to walk. its' much easier than inside i think! keep it up staci. i am so proud of you.

Oh, wow, looks like such a gorgeous place to take a walk! So proud of you adding exercise to your routine, I'll bet the pounds just fall off now! And I had to share...I knew exactly what you meant by an "accidental cheat"...I was doing a 30-day NO sugar, NO starch diet with my mom a while back. I was visiting a friend and hadn't cheated during the entire time, even through TWO birthday parties. Then we went out to a restaurant for lunch, and I just absently picked up one of those individually wrapped dinner mints they have at the hostess station and popped it into my mouth! It was pretty much as soon as I tasted it that I thought, hmmm..this probably isn't sugar-free. Lol! And I felt the same way, like if I'm gonna cheat, I should've had one of those chocolate cupcakes at the birthday party! lol
