WOW, 61 pounds gone already! That's SO awesome, Staci! You've been doing this for 11 weeks, right? So, if you average it out, you've lost over 5 pounds each week! That's amazing, girl! Thanks for the tip about the hummus snack, that sounds SO good! Have a happy Thanksgiving! :)
I agree two pounds is still two pounds. I've always heard that's what the avg weight loss per week should be. I know in the beginning a person usually has larger per week losses, but doesn't it slow down to around 2 lbs a week? You are doing so awesome. Have a Happy Thanksgiving and enjoy your deviled eggs. I know a friend who was on a weight loss program made them a certain way, but I don't remember exactly how it went. I think you can do a search on it and find a lot of great healthy recipes.
OMG Staci, I just looked on YouTube at your first Optifast video and holy mackerel girl, the difference in you is amazing! You have done so well, you are looking fantastic and 61lb is awesome! You rock!
Hope you guys all have a fabulous thanksgiving and enjoy those devilled eggs, you deserve them :)
60 pounds in less than 3 months is AWESOME!! You go girl, very proud of you. I just reached my 100 pound loss the day before Thanksgiving, so that really inspired me to stay on plan thru the holiday. Keep it up girl, you already look amazing! :D
Girl-two pounds lost is better than two pounds gained-don't be tough on yourself; you are doing an amazing job; especially since the fall months are full of temptation. Week 11 and 60+ lbs? You are like your own Biggest Loser! I need to lose 75 or so and don't even know where to start!
I forgot to add; when you get down, go back and look at your September posts and see how DIFFERENT you look-the changes are amazing-BE PROUD of yourself, this stuff (losing weight) is hard! I've struggled with my weight since I was about 25 years old so...you are not alone!
