Happy Thanksgiving.

we had a great thanksgiving...my family was shocked when I ran to the gym...in the morning...Melissa taught me how to use alot of the machines...we were there for 2 hours...and I am heading back today...to learn some more of the machines...and you know what it wasn't half as bad as I thought, most people were just there doing there thing....I really liked it..and I am looking forward to going today.....I know I am going to be sore in the morning..Check out this funny pic..of mom..cooking!!! she hates the camera..and this is her way of getting me to stop taking pics...little does she know...I love this shot even more than a regular one..even had a surprise visit...from my girl Jeniece...and she brought a delicious snack of some pumpkin spice dip thingy!!! looked delicious!!

after we ate we got the wii out...and Chris was trying to show mikey how to do the guitar hero...
