week 6 weigh in on the optifast program

excuse the bedroom...shot!! the house was full I hate doing these in front of everybody....but I lost 1 pound...but not freaking out to bad......

great job. i love your videos. food is such an issue to deal with and you are doing great! and you handled yourself great at the party...i am not sure i could be so strong.

If you're working out and building muscle, that could explain it. Muscle weighs more than fat. I'm lifing weights and the inches are coming off, but the scale is not budging. Try meausuring your success in inches rather than lbs. Scales don't really tell the whole story. All the best to you. Hang in there!

I'm SO, So proud of you!! Keep in mind that muscle weighs more than fat, and if you're building muscle while you exercise you might not notice a difference on the scale. Getting into a smaller size jeans is awesome!! Keep it up, girl!!
