my girls....

Check out my girls as Bill Clinton...and a Vampire!! I think they looked awesome!! they wanted nothing to do with me...as they went out trick or treating, probably wouldn't of been able to keep up with them anyway...they came home with a TON of candy....and it's funny, but no real cravings to dig my lil' hands in their bags.....I ended up going with jeniece to a trunk or treat...which was really fun...everyone dressed up their trunk in a theme..and then they were in a costume to match passing out candy!! I think I've figured out a way to have trick or treaters again, plan to do it next year.....but overall it was a good halloween...had a bomb fire after the trick or treating but to be honest I was in bed out cold by 10pm!!! "old lady"

Happy halloween everyone....So glad the girls are both excited about it....Sommer even decided to go trick or treating with her sister instead of my sister in law...which is kinda sweet because it's probably going to be Tonee's last year....I mean she will be 20 next halloween...but I guess as long as you have a little sister you always have the excuse to go with her...We carved our pumpkins last night.....saved the seeds probably going to bake them tomorrow..I tried to give my pumpkin braces, but they wouldn't stay...so I gave him a silver toof!!
and then we lit them last night they smelled so good !!

and then I finished up another page for the dt at scrappy chic using some yellow bicycle paper.......

Scrapbooking & Beyond Magazine Toot !!

yay!! got an email last night requesting a layout...that has alot of meaning to me...and I can't wait to see it published............and they seem really awesome to work with over there.....I wanted to post a couple more layouts I did last weekend.....and a couple I did for the DT at Scrappy Chic...this first one I did using heidi swapp paper....showing off this beautiful stone my mom gave me....and this one is just on white cardstock.....of us having breakfast at the holiday inn.... the next two are for Scrappy Chic DT...this first one...I got to play with the new basic grey christmas papers......

and this one using more of the basic grey christmas (background) and them some yellow bicycle paper (orange polka dot) and I am digging those black and white polka dot alphas from making memories.....

tomorrow is halloween......I guess sommer is going trick or treating with my sister in law.......and these are times I wish we had trick or treaters...but we're too..far out in the country.........so not sure what I'm gonna do...?? I need to borrow somebodys front porch..........hee,hee...

wanted to post a couple layouts I did this past weekend.....one of sommer, one of my brother...and the last one of Tonee'.................. thanks for everyone's sweet comments yesterday....I am doing better...just think it's going to be an up and down week......

week 7 weigh in on the optifast program

One year...........

I got these gorgeous flowers delivered this weekend from Ed's sister angy.....really made my weekend....I was scared of the year coming up...on losing Ed....I think through the first year, you get through certain firsts.....almost look forward to getting through each one....so now what?? This has been at times the slowest year...and then seeming to have blinked...and only seen him a week ago....but no it's been a year since I talked to him, touched him.......and I honestly don't know how I made it....but the plan was to keep busy all weekend, and that we did took the girls away for the weekend, scrapbooked with friends...spent time with my mom....and then me and the girls got our pics done....by Robin from once upon a memory photography....she was so awesome....even though we were a little late, the weather ended up being gorgeous and it felt good being there with the girls....oh yeah and Chris....him and tonee got a couple shots together, but I think the pics are going to come out beautiful...there were leaves everywhere....it was the perfect spot....and I want to come back...and take more pics...there....some pics of sommer enjoying the pool at the holiday inn.....
some other exciting news....my group counselor...suggested that I eat a small meal..this weekend ( I know I was a little shocked by this too..) Sommer kept saying mom...maybe they're setting you up...to see if you eat?? but I kept it real small and just had a scoop of scrambled eggs...at the hotel....but I think they're just wanting to test myself...to see I can have a little without jumping off the deep end.....but tonight is weigh in....and we shall see..how that goes...

and here were my croppin' partners in crime.....I actually got 10 pages done...which is alot for me!! but I tried not to scrap the week before so I think I had a creative build up.....

Somerset Memories Toot !!

got an email from Somerset Memories this morning....asking for a layout...that I just love!! and was pretty excited since the last layout that they asked for was already taken....plus this was the first one picked up without using scrapsubmit....which I miss horibly!! trying to get all my junk together for the weekend crop....but as usual I wait til' the last minute and then throw it all together.....but I did get my clip it up....filled up!! but I wonder if these things have a weight limit....'cause I am putting a hurting on this thing...it's full!!! and I know that transporting it is going to be a good time!! Oh well it will be nice to have everything right in front of me easy to grab......
and guess what I got out of seeing high school musical 3...her sister offered to take her...and they went to the midnight show!! So sommer just thought that was so cool!!!!
