Rachel had mentioned watching oneof my old videso..so I thought ...In honor of my first anniversay of my journey I thought I would post my first weigh in...at Great lakes weight and wellness....can't believe it's been a year....sometimes I need a reminder.....of where I started, and that is when I am thankful for these videos......

That is amazing! And what I noticed looking at the old videos was the colours. The old ones are all quite muted and dull and your latest videos are colourful, you're wearing brighter colours and going outside etc. You're blooming before our eyes! It's fantastic to see and you are an inspiration hun :) xXxrar
Staci I first started reading your blog because I loved your scrapping style. I have been following your progress from the start and looking back it is unbelievable the change we can see in you. You seem so much bouncier, even speaking quicker with more enthusiasm and look A-mazing! I bet now you are so glad you kept a video diary, its v. inspiring
To look at this video and then your most recent in the same screen shot...well you are a whole new person now! Congrats on one year, and for being so consistent and honest through it all!
