Ow hunny, hope you're ok. Let the guilt go, it'll just make you feel worse. Shit happens right? Sending you some hugs, you rock matey, you really are just awesome! xXx
thinking about you. your journey has been incredible and you are quite the inspiration. i think about your loss of Ed and your commitment to health and i so admire you. i am not quite there yet, still mourning and eating my grief. you keep your head up and don't worry about this little step back. you are strong and will overcome! radona aka scrappiesmom
I soo get it...we all have those days...but the difference is that you regoize it now, that least that's what we say in my support groups! Your doing it and you'll keep doing it, because you deserve to be well! Once I got that message I got it! I so understand the learning about a disease when your loved one had it. Still coping each and every day with the alcohol addictions, first my mother's death and now both of my brothers and struggling to recover from it! Call me anytime, schools out for the summer Yeah!!!!
You know. I think a lot of people are going through this lately in some way or another.
With me... I almost had a cigarette many times these last 5 days... and its so random because, i really thought i was doing okay and then all of a sudden my truck needed some work done to it and bam. I am not exercising, i am not eating well, and I want a damn cigarette. But... I am trying to at least get back to eating well. And I have NOT had a cigarette.
I understand about the chickens though. I totally do.
Oh Sweetie, don't feel guilty, you are human! We all do that. It does not mean your weak, it means you are just like everyone else out there. Forgive yourself, and move on. I am glad to hear you say you jumped right back on, that is the key to success. Big hugs, hope you feel better soon.
