Just checking in on you--You are doing so awesome! Yep, I discovered the veggies as sncks too- they really are awesome instead of chips! My favorite way is to take bell peppers, summer squash, onions, garlic, carrots, aspaargus,slice them all up, throw them in a roasting pan, spray with extra virgin olive oil, sprinkle with black pepper, and roast at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Awesome! just replacing all the high calorie and haigh fat snacks we used to eat with healthy alternatives really help. Your girls are probably getting a lesson in nutrition too-teaching them good habits. (I am still working on my son in that dept., lol) Love seeing your progress- your face has really thined down. and i am jealous--we don't have a scrappy store here to go play. :D
