My other favorite take out food before I started eating better, besides China buffet was BBQ chicken pizza on thin crust!!! yum....So I like trying to find healthier versions that taste as good...and behold my new light version!!!! the calories came to 380...found these flatbreads that are only 90cals each...and when you bake it..it tastes just like thin pizza crust, then I added Calorie free bbq sauce, half a chicken breast cut up, 1/4 c shredded cheese, red onion, mushrooms,tomatos, peppers....and I swear to you...that it tasted...!!! dare I say it....better than the real thing!!! and even got sommer to eat one too...and her's had even less calories..cause she just had pizza sauce,cheese and turkey pepparoni...
Okay enough about food...I'm getting hungry and tonight is weigh in...So let's get to my 2nd love scrapbooking....Look what I got in the mail...funny part, is I didn't check the mail on saturday...'cause of the snow...and all these goodies were out there....waiting for me, then sunday I remembered I didn't check it!! what a surprise...from my Tally sister Jen!!! Thanks girl....love everything!!!!
and I did scrap this weekend too....did this one for a challenge..had to be a special pic, with the focus on journaling...
this one was just for fun.....wanted to use my cute camera stamp....
and this last one is what happens when I get bored of my own style, and try to change it up....kind of a mess...I tried to put polka dots...with paint and smeared them on accident...so then I had to smear the rest..
