Fridays are always a reminder of the last day I saw Ed.....I can't believe that it has been 11 weeks...., at first I couldn't imagine him not walking through the front door.....but now I am afraid that it's getting harder to imagine him walking through that door.......that scares me.....plus I've caught myself trying not to look at the pictures on the walls of him......I was walking down the hallway...yesterday..and I felt my eyes hit the floor...when I walked past the pics...because when I do look...I just want to pull him through those pics...and it makes me stare....and miss the lil' things...it's weird...but I stare at his arms, his ears...his eyes....his smile..his hair...I miss every single part of him...that I thought I would have for alot longer....Oops there I go again!!!.....ranting.. Okay..I have a suggestion for when you're having a crummy day....Hot Red Nail Polish!!! Oh yeah....Jeniece brought some over on project runway night!!! and there is something uplifting about looking down at those red nails.....and also notice something else on my hand....My wedding band....during the painting and moving of furniture....I found my band under sommers bed.....It's funny that we found both our rings......now!!! But it felt good to put it back on.....and here's another peek at my bedroom....that I just painted...and put the wall words...that christine from Tally Scrapper gave me.....I love them ...and it's a saying I beleive....in...even though there isn't as much "laughter" at there was 11 weeks ago.....but we're trying....

From Jessie and JJ!! thanks guys...both made my day......always gives me a boost.....

Love how your room looks!
Staci, this post brought tears to my eyes. I just wanted you to know that I think about you and your girls all the time and I'm so glad that you're posting your thoughts here. You're so amazing.
PS - your wall looks gorgeous! I love that quote :)
this may seem backwards, but when you write about what you miss about your husband it makes you seem so alive. You have a beautiful spirit my dear and you will never know how much it means that you share your journey with us.
We at Tally are still there for you, every day...how did the Social Security meeting go?
Your room is awesome! I love the wall word and the color is great! I keep thinking about you...I know how it feels to count the weeks...my dad died 16 years ago now...seems so weird...
