Well I called the medical examiner, and finally found out why Ed....died...it was Dilated Cardiomyopathy which means an enlarged heart.....and I looked up the definition and it said Dilated cardiomyopathy is a condition in which the heart becomes weakened and enlarged, and cannot pump blood efficiently. The decreased heart function can affect the lungs, liver, and other body systems.Dilated cardiomyopathy occurs in an estimated 2 out of 100 people. It can affect anyone of any age, although it is most common in adult men. So I was relieved to finally at least know.....not that it changes anything really?? but basically he had a "big" heart....in more ways than one..... Here are 2 pages I got done....one at Miki's and the other one was for a challenge at Tally Scrapper

Wow! You got results comparatively quickly...you may remember my brother died just before Ed and we still don't have the results of the autopsy. My niece goes to U of M and needed the death certificate for financial aid paperwork and was told there are some death certificates still pending from 2006! I know we'll all feel a little closure once we know WHY.
Beautiful pages, as usual!
{{{Staci}}} You're right.....Ed did have a big heart & so do you! I'm glad that you were able to get the results so quickly & at least get some closure, even if it's just a little bit.
Love your pages, as always :)
Hugs,
Benita
Staci, I'm so happy that now you can get some kind of closure, even if it's just a little bit. Now you can do what you need to do and move forward.
also, I LOVE the page you did of Ed and his watch. I love the pp and it flows so well...love it!
Those are both beautiful pages.
I'm glad you have the results of the autopsy now. I know nothing can make it "better" but I am sure it makes it a little easier to know what happened.
Big hugs for you!!!
((((hugs)))...I am glad that you finally have some answers...
I love your new LO's! You just are amazing...in more ways than one...
((hugs)) your pages are gorgeous, love the watch one! :)
Glad you were able to get the information you were waiting for. It'll hopefully bring a little more closure to you...HUGS to you!!! I ADORE that layout of your DH and the watch...I love that you thought to take a photo like that...I'm sure they are treasures now.
