hello...lover....

so here is my new favorite scrap tool.....a typewriter...it's so awesome..just plop a lil label in there...or put your entire page...it's alot of fun...I would've loved to have some cool vintage looking one...but this one is perfect....I told sommer she could use it for school too...she just looked at me like I was crazy......, I said you could type out your reports..she told me thats what the computers for........now I'm gonna look funny when I bring this to the crop tonight..... Yesterday...I babysat my beautiful neice and nephew...and tonight they're babysitting sommer.....so I can crop till ' I drop...
and my dad is so sweet, he just showed up yesterday with a truck full of wood for the wood burner, and then unloaded everything by hisself....I kept telling him he's to old...for this( hee,hee)...and to wait for my brother...but he insisted!!!

and i needed to finish a page last night for a challenge over at tallyscraper..they wanted you to do ...like a story page...where the pics are in order and tell a story...so I used some pics from the weekend retreat we went on last october...I'm working on a tiny mini album of the weekend..too..just alot of great memories I want to keep....

Some cool news...I got a phone call last night from Somerset Memories Magazine, How cool to get a phone call.... they told me that I am going to be a featured artist, in an upcoming issue...and I am super excited!! to say the least......they're so awesome to work with...and the magazine is so Cool!!

wanted to thank everybody...that left a supportive/sweet comment..yesterday...It's a weird feeling everytime I make it through, the first of anything...and So far we've made it through..the first halloween,thanksgiving,christmas,new year,birthday.....and next week valentines day...it's tough to get through these days...but once I get through them..I am relieved that I made it through the day, and also that the day is over..so thank you all again. I did get the scrappin' bug last night......did the first 2 tuesday..and the last 2 last night.

watched project runway last night....and my guess was that Ricky was going home...and I was right...really I'm just glad that my 2 favs are still in there...Chris and kristian (sp).....Going to babysit my neice and nephew for a few hours today....also me and sommer are going to bible study....haven't been to study without Ed...

Tomorrow I am going to Crop in Monroe with my creative memories peeps...at the red cross building in monroe....from 6pm till 1am....so anybody can join..me so come out and play!!!

PS-I got a new toy...that I used on the last 2 layouts.....I'm in love!! Will post a pic tomorrow.....

Today Ed would've turned 38...I should be teasing him about being so much older than me (okay so I'm only 36) but....hey it's what we did...I should be picking up your favorite sugar free ice cream, and cooking your favorite birthday dinner ,baked spagetti.....but instead..i will got to the cemetary....and try to actually believe that you're in there...I came across this poem...that really says alot of how I feel...

ink is in the building

finally got some ink yesterday for my printer, ...you really get spoiled being able to print pics...the minute you get the urge to do it.....because usually for me new pictures make me want to scrap...and while tonee' was here..she filled my camera with some pics....and then these pics of mikey I took during the super bowl...and he actually said "Cheese".....so proud!! and this picture from christmas eve....just makes me smile...
Hope to go crop with the CM peeps on friday....If I can get my brother to watch Sommer....I hate having to find babysitters now ...when I go somewhere...but I guess I could take her with me...if I had too....I already have a babysitter set up for next weekend....When I am in VA!!! So counting down until the scrapbowl.......looking forward to getting away....far away...and 8 hour drive to be exact!!! But hey...I think a class taught by kristina Contes will be worth it....

Super Bowl Sunday

Yesterday...had the family over for the superbowl, and to celebrate my brothers birthday....which he was so thrilled when we sang happy birthday to him.....but the kids liked it!! found out Miss Tonee' got another peircing!! what cha going to do....?? she also officially moved in with my mom....she's a city girl now!!
lil mikey was lovin' the cake...can't say the cheeto's dipped in the chocolate...is such a good idea.....but he can do what ever he wants at aunt stac's house...

dad watchin' the game......none of us are actually football fans...it was all Ed before, but we've always done it....so ...

I feel like I haven't scrapped in forever, I have been out of printer ink...for a few days.....so I think I am going to have to break down , and go get some ink!!

one phone call

Happy ground hog day

Today is not only groundhog day...but it's my brothers birthday...I have to admit this weekend...is not my best!! I don't know if it's that I can't believe it's feb already, Eds birthday is wednesday, "stupid" valentines day is coming....all of the above....and I went to a funeral this week...that was alot harder for me than I thought....plus tomorrow..the family is coming over for the super bowl....we usually celebrate my brother and Ed's birthday on superbowl sunday..together......I just need a fix!! Okay...I will feel better, and my gorgeous nephew is coming over tonight to stay the night...so my brother can go out for his birthday.... so I did 2 pages for challenges over at TallyScrapper....
