where you been??

have had a few crappy days......but feeling better today.....started a grief group today....was really great to hear women who have been through this......I also had a little paint therapy this week....started painting my room...somebody gave me a lowes gift card so I bought some paint...in a color that we call "doo doo" brown!!! I scrapped a couple pages........
yes both are of Tonee'.....Oh my gosh...I better scrap something of Sommer.....tonight...

and with some of my scraps I made another journal page........

Bad Boys-Bad Boys what cha gonna do??

Okay last night we went and cropped over Renee's house...who by the way I would like to let you know that she has a great "scrubby" he dragged tables up stairs when we thought we wanted to scrap upstairs, then back down stairs when whe realized it was too small upstairs....even helped with our bags....and then went and got dinner!! Oh yeah..she's got a keeper.....and look at the mess we made in her beautiful living room!!and Renee had all the crop goodies....snacks,pop...oh yeah..and we may have had a little wine tasting going on.

and jeniece was just kicking out one gorgeous page after another...her mojo was flowing......so back to the 'Bad boys title" when we left renee's it was like 1 am , and it was real foggy....and we were almost home....she was driving by the way....and in the mirror...the lights were flashing...WOOT...WOOT!! we got pulled over.....asking if we had been drinking tonight!!! yikes...lucky she wasn't ....so we got the flashlight....put on us...where were you coming from...questions.., once he realized that we were just fighting the fog....he let us go...It was funny though....to tell a cop that you were out scrapbooking till 1am...just sounds like a lie....so that was pretty exciting...and at renee's jeniece kept saying she wanted to watch cops....on the TV...but we got our real life cops.....

and I actually got a couple things done too...this first one is for a art journal I am starting for a challenge over at Tally Scrapper.....your first thing was to pick a word for your journal...and I picked "strength"I think I am going to just do all different size pages....and just put in it what ever I want.....and try and keep it going for the 2008!!

still playing with the daisy d's valentine paper........have I said yum?? yet?? Did this one of a picture of some sugar free candy I bought for Ed last valentines....it was so cute in the heart box and everything.....found out yesterday that they're now telling me that it could be from 4 to 6 months until I get the death certificate......this is way too..long...!! and I am hoping this is the worst that it could be....so if you could add us to you're prayers...which I know most of you have kept us in your prayers...but we really can't wait another 6 months........

so no major plans...this weekend...probably just settle in for the weekend....

Ran up to Scrappy Chic yesterday.....to pick up some DT goodies....and check out this new paper from Daisy d's..so cute!! alot of it looks like vintage valentines.....and I finished one page for the store.......love all the circles on this one....
Back to school today....for Sommer...she was not to happy to get out of bed this morning!!! grouchy......Feels like she's been out of school forever....trying to get used to this quiet house.

Scrapbowl 08'

Okay...I am getting so excited about my trip to Chantilly, VA...next month.....to the Scrapbowl 08' . http://www.getcroppin.com/feb15.cfm ..I am going with Renee from the DT at scrappy chic......and we are taking two of Kristina Contes classes....both mini books....I am such a fan of her work, I know I am going to be a little star struck!! But I know it will be a blast.....plus I get to go to a state I've never been too.....Here are a couple more pages I finished............

Tally Scrapper DT!!!

i have wanted to say this for a long time.....I made it on the Tally Scrapper design team!!! I am so excited.....I have tried out a couple times...!!! and it feels great to be part of their team.....if you haven't checked out the site yet....go take a peek.. http://tallyscrapper.com/ it's kinda cool...to start out he new year....this way...and here are a couple of pages I've done over the last few days.....
Mom came over new years eve...and cooked us a delicious spagetti dinner.....then later I went over jeniece's ....and me and Allison..helped her celebrate her birthday......and the new year!! None of us were feeling the scrappin' mojo though!! I wasn't feelin' much of anything.....just kinda feelin' crappy.....on the ride home...I just kept thinkin' I don't even want to go home....Ed's not there....worrying about me being out late....I wanted to go home and wish him a happy new year.....so I can't say I was the life of the party....I just hope and pray that 2008 will be gentle to me....please...
